ChatGPT
ChatGPT training for teams
ChatGPT is usually the first AI tool a team uses, and the one with the most scattered habits. The ChatGPT track turns individual use into shared projects and custom GPTs with an owner, sets clear rules for work data, and agrees what good output looks like. It runs as a half-day workshop or inside the AI Onboarding Partner programme, in English or Estonian.
What the track covers
Shared projects and custom GPTs
Role-based prompt libraries, your brand voice and internal know-how in one place, so the team works from the same material instead of private chats. Every project and GPT has one owner who keeps it current.
Work data stays in the work account
Company data belongs in a business workspace, not in personal accounts. Everyone learns a traffic-light rule for which data may go into which tool, and where personal accounts are still in use, how to switch off training on their chats.
Beyond text
Data analysis, images and voice are where ChatGPT differs most from other assistants. We pick the two or three uses that matter for your work instead of showing everything.
Output standards and review
The widest tool also needs the clearest standards: what a good answer looks like, who checks it, and how often the shared prompts are reviewed.
When ChatGPT is the wrong tool
If your company runs on Microsoft 365 and most work happens in Outlook, Word and Teams, Copilot is usually the more convenient choice. For long documents and careful drafting, Claude is often stronger. We say so before the work starts.
Frequently asked questions
Should we use ChatGPT Business or personal accounts?
For company data, a business workspace. Personal accounts are fine for public information only, with training on chats switched off.
What is the difference between a project and a custom GPT?
A project keeps one person's or a team's files, chats and instructions together for ongoing work. A custom GPT packages instructions for a repeated task so the whole team can use it the same way.
Can the training be in Estonian?
Yes, in Estonian or English.
How long does it take?
The workshop is half a day (4 hours). The AI Onboarding Partner programme takes 2-3 months, with group sessions where each team builds its own projects or GPTs.
ChatGPT or Copilot?
If your work lives in Microsoft 365, Copilot usually wins on convenience. ChatGPT offers the widest range of tools. Many teams use both; we help you decide by task, not by brand.
