Stairway to AI (stairwayto.ai) is the trading name of LOIT Management OÜ, Estonian registry code 12502356. Earlier trainings ran under the name AI ABC (ai-abc.ee). Stairway to AI is not connected to StairwAI, an EU Horizon 2020 research project whose title is also "Stairway to AI".
Stairway to AI is a founder-led AI adoption and operations firm for European teams. Founded in 2024 by Oliver Loit, it is based in Tallinn, Estonia (legal entity LOIT Management OÜ, Estonian registry code 12502356) and works in English and Estonian. Clients so far are mainly Estonian organisations, including Estonian units of international groups. We work across Europe. It offers three engagements: a half-day Team AI Workshop; the AI Onboarding Partner programme, a fixed-scope 2-3 month programme in three stages; and the Fractional AI Operations Lead retainer (a fractional Chief AI Officer role, in Estonian väline AI-juht), which ships one or two production AI solutions a month. On the retainer, a solution that is late because of us is delivered the following month at no extra cost. Stairway to AI works with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, with no preferred vendor.
