Microsoft Copilot
Microsoft Copilot training for teams
Most companies on Microsoft 365 already have Copilot, and most teams use a fraction of it. The Copilot track teaches your people to use it in their own work, builds agents that get used every week, and helps you decide who needs a paid licence. It runs as a half-day workshop or inside the AI Onboarding Partner programme, in English or Estonian.
What the track covers
Free Copilot Chat or a paid licence
Free Copilot Chat can draft, summarise, analyse files you upload and use simple agents, and in Outlook it also works with your mail and calendar. Copilot inside Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and search across your SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams, need a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence. We map which roles need which, so licences follow real use rather than a rollout plan.
Agents people actually use
One agent, one job. Instructions of 2,000-4,000 characters work better than the 8,000 the field allows. Build an agent only for a task that comes back at least weekly, add suggested prompts, and test it against a short checklist before anyone relies on it. These rules come from teams who built their own agents with us.
Inside Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
With a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence, workflows are built around the documents and meetings your team already has, not around a new tool. Meeting notes, email drafts, Excel analysis and document summaries are where most teams save time first.
Owners and licence reviews
Every agent gets an internal owner and a short guide. Agents belong to the person who built them, so we plan licence reviews and staff changes with ownership in mind.
When Microsoft Copilot is the wrong tool
If most of your work happens outside Microsoft 365, or your team needs the widest range of tools for marketing and analysis, ChatGPT or Claude may suit you better. We say so before the work starts.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence for everyone?
No. Start with the people whose daily work depends on company files and email; others can begin with Copilot Chat. We recommend licences based on how people actually use Copilot; in the programme this is part of the written summary.
Can Copilot work with our SharePoint and OneDrive files?
With a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence, yes, within each person's existing access rights. Free Copilot Chat works with files you upload, but it does not search SharePoint and OneDrive for you.
Can the training be in Estonian?
Yes, in Estonian or English. Estonian dictation in Copilot works best when the interface language is Estonian.
How long does it take?
The workshop is half a day (4 hours). The AI Onboarding Partner programme takes 2-3 months, with group sessions where each team builds its own agents.
Copilot or ChatGPT?
If your work lives in Microsoft 365, Copilot usually wins on convenience. ChatGPT offers the widest range of tools. Many teams use both; we help you decide by task, not by brand.
