What to think about before the call
A useful discovery call starts with you having rough answers to these:
1.What does your team currently use AI for, if anything?
2.What is the one workflow that, if it ran on AI well, would free up real time?
3.Who inside your team could plausibly own AI workflows if we built them?
4.What has been tried before with AI that didn't stick, and why?
5.What is the business pressure that makes this a now problem, not a someday problem?
You don't need perfect answers. Rough ones are fine. It just makes the 30 minutes more useful.
